A measured Excel answer applies to the named input, Excel build and platform. Mathematical reference values and OneCalc results are labelled separately. Missing build information stays explicit.
No Handbook test suite is published yet. Equality claims require a published suite, an Excel build and a platform. Implementation listings must name the suite they pass.
Each function has the same six sections: What it does, Try it, Quirks, How to implement, Version differences and Alternatives. Sources and evidence appear below them. Brief entries mark guidance that is still being written.
